Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics) for strategic integration

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership

- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
