Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Develop frameworks for evaluating emerging tech ROI and implementation feasibility
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and startup collaborations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Oversee technology ethics and sustainability integration in all innovation initiatives
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Experience scaling tech innovation across global enterprise environments
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
