Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness for AI, Web3, and quantum applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with R&D to translate academic breakthroughs into commercializable products
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term tech adoption impact
- Manage vendor relationships for emerging tech partnerships and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in launching at least two major tech initiatives with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Strong quantitative modeling skills for tech ROI projections
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (articles, patents, or conference talks)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
