- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Analyze global tech policy implications and advise on regulatory compliance frameworks
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies in AI and sustainable systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and build high-performing innovation pods
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market dominance
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI regulations)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
