- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-tech integration
- Produce quarterly tech trend reports and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Innovation Management or Future Studies preferred
