Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, sentient AI, decentralized networks) to identify market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with future business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on ethical tech governance and sustainable digital transformation
- Manage pilot programs for futuristic technologies including brain-computer interfaces and autonomous systems
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future vision frameworks to investors and board members securing R&D funding
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focusing on emerging tech
- Proven track record in disrupting markets through early tech adoption (e.g., blockchain, generative AI)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry white papers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management required
