Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 5+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020-2025 tech adoption forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing or advanced AI architectures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
