Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk mitigation plans
- Build and lead an elite innovation lab focused on 5-10 year technology horizons
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and strategic impact across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into strategic plans
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in innovation management or emerging technologies preferred
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation initiatives
