Responsibilities

- Develop innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and prototype testing
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with long-term business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
