Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps mapping quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems to market opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for disruptive tech adoption across industries
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging threat assessments for tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (published research or patents preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Experience with scenario modeling and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Executive communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ tech strategy implementations or thought leadership
