Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech domains including quantum computing, biotech integration, and AGI safety frameworks
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis, patent research, and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualization
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
