Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) and assess market viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and implementation frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech integration and adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor groups
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Strategy preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research labs)
