Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AGI frameworks)
- Analyze emerging tech patent landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint research initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership for industry publications (TechCrunch, Nature)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics preferred
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong network with academic and industry innovators
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
