Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure and autonomous systems

- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DARPA, and global tech consortiums
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants through NSF and Horizon Europe programs
- Architect ethical frameworks for AGI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging fields like photonic computing and synthetic biology
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and congressional technology committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 10+ years leading R&D in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Track record of scaling technology from lab to $100M+ commercial deployment
- Expertise in ISO 27001 quantum security frameworks and IEEE ethical AI standards
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
