Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact
- Manage cross-functional teams through agile transformation initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, biotech
- Experience with enterprise-level digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Certification in agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
