Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with PhD researchers and industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech paradigms with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Manage prototype development from concept to pilot deployment
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution and societal adaptation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural-symbolic AI, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 7-figure+ impact
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
