- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with academic institutions on next-gen tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Experience scaling tech ventures from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ in government/venture funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
