Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Create technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists to foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
