Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging risks/opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading complex tech transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (patents, white papers, or TED talks)
