Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab focused on 2026 technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
