Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech team
- Publish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech convergence, AR/VR ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
