Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Oversee technology roadmapping and resource allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D programs, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or blockchain
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation projects
