Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent expertise)
- Proven track record of launching tech roadmaps with $100M+ impact
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
