- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board and investors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for 2026 technology initiatives
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks across all projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/Blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
