Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech, synthetic biology) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and risk assessment for future technology deployments
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate vision into actionable roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech landscape and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive role
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong business acumen with experience aligning tech initiatives with revenue growth
