Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch next-gen solutions in AI, AR/VR, and quantum applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and patent development
- Ensure ethical deployment of future technologies with robust governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong background in strategic planning and M&A for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum AI, Neurotech)
