Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Identify emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential and develop adoption strategies
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking across global markets
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong portfolio of launched products or patents in emerging domains
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Global collaboration experience across 3+ continents
