Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into corporate strategy
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and testing
- Present strategic insights to industry leaders at global tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-tech talent pipeline
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech deployment and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling innovative solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
