Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with agile development and lean innovation
