Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and climate tech initiatives
- Lead $5M+ R&D projects with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab across 3 continents
- Secure patents and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Drive ESG compliance in product lifecycle management
- Identify emerging tech disruptions via competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ at director/VP level
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon capture tech
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
- Experience securing Series C+ funding rounds
- Public speaking at TED/WSJ/Forbes-level events
