- Measure KPIs for innovation ROI and technology maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record in scaling tech-driven initiatives (quantum/AI preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFSD, CIMS)
