- Develop strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certified in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience with international tech policy and ethical frameworks
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, or blockchain development
