- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present future-vision strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching quantum/AI products at scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
