- Manage innovation lab budget and resource allocation for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum products with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MS/MBA in Technology Management or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
