- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation incubator programs fostering startup partnerships
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level experience with technology forecasting scenarios
- Track record of launching successful tech innovation programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Experience with patent strategy and IP portfolio management
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) strongly preferred
