- Manage global teams of 15+ engineers and futurists across 3 time zones
- Drive patent development with 5+ annual filings in emerging tech domains
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on next-gen AI safety protocols
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption impacting 1M+ users
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Proven success scaling innovation budgets >$5M
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
