Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to enterprise-level impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government tech collaboration clearance
