Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography, generative AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish governance frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous system integration
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor technical teams in futuristic development methodologies and ethical tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with regulatory compliance in high-impact tech sectors (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- MBA or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering required
