Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and renewable energy integration
- Partner with product teams to translate future tech capabilities into commercial opportunities
- Build and manage a network of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Identify emerging tech risks and opportunities, preparing mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech implications and applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment evaluation
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech trends
- Experience building global innovation ecosystems
