Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML infrastructure and quantum computing integration
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (Web4, brain-computer interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Architect cross-platform ecosystems bridging physical/digital/virtual domains
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Quantify strategic risks/opportunities in decentralized governance models
- Present future-state scenarios to executive leadership and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future foresight roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ecosystems from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or digital transformation
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse infrastructure, and spatial computing
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
