Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Build cross-functional roadmaps integrating R&D, product development, and market expansion initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Manage $10M+ R&D budget allocation for future technology incubation
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future technology planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least 2 breakthrough tech products or services
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy Pro)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation circles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
