Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with research institutions and government bodies
- Present futuristic tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Drive ESG-aligned tech initiatives for sustainable 2026 deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Certified in Technology Foresight (CTF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and digital assets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
