Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in quantum/AI implementation or fintech disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning for technological singularity readiness
- Experience with global tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Prior work in regulated industries (healthcare, energy, defense) a plus
