Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech-AI hybrid systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in quantum machine learning (QML) or AI governance
- Experience with UN SDG tech implementation frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
