Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year tech roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum AI and neuromorphic computing
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing prototype systems for climate tech and human augmentation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market trends
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Present innovation blueprints to investors, policymakers, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in developing quantum computing, AI, or biotech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Expertise in forecasting tech adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech frameworks
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2018-2024)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or R&D partnerships
