Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate disruptive innovations
- Champion ethical AI development and responsible tech adoption frameworks
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, prototyping sprints, and knowledge-sharing forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience scaling global tech teams across diverse cultural contexts
