Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with business objectives to ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Computing, Neuro-interfaces) to identify viable opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies for C-level executives and investors.
- Project Governance: Oversee the development of experimental technology pilots and manage their transition into core product lines.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and global tech shifts to keep our innovation pipeline ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of futurists, data scientists, and product managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic advisory or CTO office role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think 5-10 years into the future and translate abstract concepts into executable roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and cybersecurity landscapes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences and board members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated success in navigating rapid market changes and leading through uncertainty.
