Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our business goals and anticipates market shifts.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Conduct deep-dive research on nascent technologies (e.g., AGI, Spatial Computing, Decentralized Finance) and assess their viability for integration.
- Investment Analysis: Identify high-potential R&D opportunities and allocate resources effectively to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and board members.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor moves to proactively adjust our technological approach.
- Pilot Program Management: Oversee the testing and deployment of proof-of-concept projects to validate future tech hypotheses.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems through innovative technological solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
