Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns emerging technologies with business goals, ensuring we are market-ready for the 2026 horizon.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and evaluate breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech to identify high-value opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders, startups, and research institutions to gain early access to innovative solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Guide the Research and Development teams in prioritizing features and technologies that offer the highest long-term ROI.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor strategies to anticipate market shifts and maintain a competitive edge.
- Executive Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in clear, compelling formats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud architecture, and next-gen web technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
