- Strategic Planning: Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical execution plans, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for future projects.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and competitor movements to identify opportunities for differentiation and market expansion.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead a team of futurists and analysts to prototype and test concepts that could define our industry in the coming years.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans with a 5+ year horizon.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks and their potential business impact.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
